Payroll & Tax Reporting – we handle all processing, tracking & compliance functions with flexibility to run any pay schedule, includes benefit and employee deductions, Federal and State Tax reporting, tracking all employee sick, vacation and leave time.

 

Just as Pro Source protects your company from tax and workers’ compensation liability, we will also protect your company from health care liability under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) – so that compliance under the new health care law is assured for the workers you lease from us.

In 2015, the ACA required companies who employ more than 50 full-time equivalent workers to provide health insurance coverage and adapt their plan – if they have one – to comply with health care reform requirements, or send their workers to the marketplace and pay a penalty of $2,000 to $3,000 per person per year.

Pro Source has elected to offer our eligible workers the option of compliant health care coverage, which we see as a much lower cost alternative to paying a penalty of $2000 to $3,000 per person per year.

Like other Federal or State mandated taxes, or the workers’ compensation insurance Pro Source maintains on the workers assigned to your operation, the required contribution to a worker’s elected coverage is another, new mandatory cost of doing business.

Generally speaking, the ACA Fees are charged only on participating employees and only when the employee meets eligibility terms.  We will charge a weekly flat, per-participating person, Fee.   For workers not participating in Pro Source provided health care coverage, there are no additional Fees.
